"Start with positives. Greeted by a lovely lady. She couldn't of been more helpful. The bookings process was awful not sure whose fault that was. Which resulted in many more interactions than i wanted or needed at a stressful time from a quite unpleasant man. I was traveling for surgery. The stairs were lethal. Im not fully ambulatory so really struggled. The room was incredibly hot only a tiny window. It had been wiped down but needed some tlc. It was very noisy from both the other guests...
