"Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield."

My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor"

"One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out. Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. "

"The room was dirty. The linen was dirty too. Im a night nurse i sleep during the day. Few minutes after s went to sleep the first day i checked in, someone came to my room and asked me to checkout. I told her i have just check in and i will be here for two more days. She went out to get me a key. They key was not working. went out again. Came bavk again to bring the key afteri had slept.
