"Location is really nice and check in was very smooth, but the AC was really loud and the room was very warm. I saw an older review about this room 114 complaining about this issue and it seems like they’ve done nothing to fix it. Room was very clean and staff did a good job cleaning it. "

Had a very easy and simple check-in process. Simple no hassle card key to the room. And as wonderful, clean and plain property to enjoy on my vacation. "One of the nicest ocean front motels I have stayed in. Clean, spacious. Steps to beach, parks and restaurants. Great for kids. Staff very nice. No noise like previous reviews. It get warm but they have fans. I highly recommend this place."

"I really enjoyed the property however they encouraged me to pay for breakfast in the morning and when I got there, it was sold out, which I did not know could even happen. Otherwise I would have paid when I checked in which I had no problem doing because I knew I was going to need the breakfast option because I was traveling with my 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 year-old and it just made a lot more sense to eat at the property… Since they were sold out we had to check out four hours earlier than planned in order to hit the road and grab some food before we took HWY 1 all the way home… Not having breakfast put a huge damper on our day, our trip and created some unhappy memories because everybody was hungry! Next time ask if they want the buffet breakfast at registry and if they don’t tell them it does sell out"
