Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. "This place was an amazing surprise! We some how ended with the only room on floor 5 and its beach front patio was bigger than the entire suite. It was absolutely fantastic!! And the attached restaurant/bar is also amazing! Such a cool vibe and amazing food I had to buy a t-shirt! Loved this place and can’t wait to come back.
