"Overall our stay was pretty good but there is no air conditioning in the buildings so it was hard to sleep. We opened the windows which made it a bit easier to sleep. The other thing is they don’t have irons to press your clothes available. They make you pay for the pressing service. That was a disappointment as usually when you travel clothes get wrinkle. Another thing I want to mention is that they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner. Other than that it’s a pretty decent hotel to stay. "

They provided breakfast for guests at the partner Alpen Resort Hotel and Spa down the street also for the guests at the Patricia apartments.
