"The location of this hotel is so great - it is right in the center of town, close walk to the train station and many bars and restaurants, and the Main Street of shopping in town. It is great how breakfast is included, and the hotel is clean and nice with some rooms having a good view of the Matterhorn. I would recommend to anyone coming to Zermatt!"

"I loved this property. They are centrally located in the middle of town. Close to train station (but their shuttle will come get you) and between the two lift locations. I walked each day to the lifts but there is a town shuttle however the walk was beautiful and just as quick. Each evening I enjoyed the onsite hotel tub and spa amenities. There is a wonderful breakfast that is the cherry on top for this property. "

"Hotel Bristol is a comfortable hotel in the heart of Zermatt, about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the train station but they do offer a shuttle service. Fabulous location with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Very convenient for getting gondolas up the mountains if you’re going hiking. Fantastic breakfast buffet in the morning. "
