They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency. "I enjoy my stay here! The front desk staff guy was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me with everything I needed and allowed me to check in early. It’s a very simple hotel and I used it as a base for my trekking. It’s very close to the main center, a short walk to many restaurants, massage places and close to Sapa Station. I recommend!"

Location can be tricky to find (Google maps isn’t accurate) and road in can be tough for heavy luggages when coming up. Given fantastic food around, I would skip their breakfasts. But otherwise, fantastic place to stay after a body beating day of trekking around Sapa"
