"Our room was really spacious and clean and the hotel had a really great vibe to it with a huge staircase and worldly carpet. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Automatic check in machine was speedy and great"
"Check-in and check-out at reception were very smooth. The room was very clean, well maintained, and easy to use. The hotel is also very close to the station, which made it very convenient. I felt it was an ideal place to stay for a business trip."
"Check in is so easy here. Staff are great. Room was nice and clean. Area around the hotel is great, plenty of shops and places to eat. Easy walk to the city centre or 5 mins to the metro station to either city centre or airport."
"The place is well located, clean. The staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful.
I do have a problem with the parking system: I do not know if the hotel operates the parking fines or not but apparently the drop off zone allows only ten minutes - not good when the desk is busy and it takes ten minutes to get to the desk. The hotel should highlight this issue in pre-arrival comms.
Other than that, to repeat myself, the staff have always been polite and helpful."
"Very noisy room. I couldn't get to sleep. Ask to move at 1230am to quiet room but they couldn't move us. Breakfast poor too. Noise of traffic, police cars and drunken people."
"Great Hotel, lovely ladies in reception. Very helpful.
They give a sweet treat on arrival which is a nice touch and very yummy
Bar nice for drinks/breakfast was good
Room clean and comfy
plenty of parking
bus stop opposite: great if your visiting the uni.
only negative was the room was very warm so it was a shame there was no air conditioning"
