"Hotel was clean and service good, great breakfast."

"Room was lovely , spacious and airy , we had room 58 , 1 double balcony window and a large double window which overlooked a country path . Staff were great ,willing and helpful , Even charged my phone overnight because i forgot charger , only downside was pillows were too hard for my liking and threw them on the floor but alround thumbs up"

"Absolutely stunning setting close to Bath. The staff were courteous and helpful, the bed was comfortable and everywhere was clean. Breakfast food was of good quality and served in beautiful dining areas. Hope to return soon. "

"The accessible room i stayed in was clean and in great condition. Good quality bed linen and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast choices were good. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy best ive had in a hotel. The food was lovely and fresh as well as hot. Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean. Would definitely stay again and...

"The hotel was ok in general, however my room at the back of the hotel wasn’t well cleaned. It had an outside door, and dirty boots had left bits on the carpet. My room had no towels and no toilet paper. You’d almost think they’d forgotten to service it. The staff addressed the issues promptly when asked. The hotel served my purposes, but wasn’t great. "

"The property is surrounded by nature, the garden is very beautiful, and the area is very quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice. There is a nearby pub for dining, and the property offers breakfast. The breakfast options include hot drinks, cereals, eggs, cheese, ham, bread and pastries. The room is very clean and beautifully furnished.Very convenient to get to Bath but I wish I spent more time in the area around the hotel!"

"Ideally situated for several restaurants. Bus stop outside the hotel meant easy access all over Bristol as well as a direct trip to the station in 25 mins. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a well stocked bar. As long as you don’t mind Stepp hills then ideally suited for the Ashton gate stadium. "

"I had four little dogs and the hotel staff were very good with them and helpful. At no time did I feel uncomfortable with the dogs I felt very welcomed. "
