We waited almost ten minutes, then resorted to calling the hotel directly to ask for someone to check us in. Some issues with the bathroom. The shower wall that is shared with the living room is glass. Very awkward.There is music from the restaurant underneath, which went until late evening. Not under the control of the hotel, but a consideration if you go to bed early. Decent experience. "
