"We had a lovely stay here during our quick visit to Inverness. We were put in a river view room, which was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The bonus was having an Nespresso machine in our room! They also had a great continental breakfast. Very walkable to everything in downtown Inverness. We would definitely stay here again on another visit."

"Stayed for one night. The room was a good size, quiet and warm. Unfortunately the mattress was very firm and not very comfortable. The bathroom was large but the water pressure and volume of water in the shower was very weak. Breakfast dinning area was very pleasant but the breakfast quality was poor. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. "

"Extremely disappointing stay. The room felt dirty, with sticky surfaces and a carpet that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall condition was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
