"Same as my review from last year in July, had to return because it was so memorable! We usually choose another Caribbean island yearly for my birthday, I think we will just make this our annual July trip, and return to the Kimpton!! Just a beautiful resort, I recommend to everyone!!"
"Fue la experiencia más hermosa- era mi primera vez viajando sola pero este hermoso resort con su increíble staff , hi ieron todo facial y convirtieron mis vacaciones en un verdadero paraíso… tuve hasta el placer de mirar un estreno cinematográfico hondureño. Lo cual también estaba incluido en el premium package"
"We loved our stay at Puerta Azul. They have their own dock to start snorkeling and kayaking from, as well as boat pickups of you prefer tours to reach farther destinations.
Breakfast onsite was great with a weekly rotating menu. One thing to note is that the onsite restaurant is the only convenient but expensive option for lunch and dinner. The main road is not comfortably walkable, although we did do it a few nights for more variety. The front desk can also call taxis for you.
The reef...
"Las Verandas was a great choice. The room was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful balcony and the food was delicious! The grounds are very well maintained and the ground around the pools never gets hot. The concierge was very helpful, booking us a snorkeling trip and providing other helpful information. The one downfall (no fault of Las Verandas) was the no-see-ums, so bring bug spray and use it!"
"Beautiful villa stay in Roatan — we’d come back
We stayed in a beautiful villa in Roatan and loved the setting from the moment we arrived. Having the pool right outside the door and an ocean view made every morning and evening feel special. It’s the kind of place you actually use, not just photograph.
Staff were very accommodating throughout the stay and made things easy. The on-site dive operation was a huge plus — super convenient not to have to leave the property. The dive masters and...
"No me gusto la alberca porque es muy fea la textura. raspa e irrita la piel.
En nuestra estadía se fue la corriente eléctrica varias veces, en la madrugada de las 2am-5am, mucho calor y muy desagradable.
El restaurante puede mejorar mucho.
El personal, muy amable. "
"Amazing stay clean quiet rooms has everything you need. The host and the manager are wonderful people. Location was perfect right by the beach. Would totally stay there again."
"We loved everything about this place. After touring the island it was made clear to us that Villa Topaz was the perfect place for us and any traveler who wants the best views and easy access to the island attractions. Paul and Chantelle were amazing hosts and helped us line up anything we needed. If you want a more private experience than you’ll find at a resort hotel this is the place to go! AC works great also if you require a cold room to sleep in. Could not be more happy with our...
"La propiedad y la atención son muy buenas por parte del administrador, pero si quieres ir a Roatan todo queda súper lejos ahora si solo quieres alejarte del mundo excelente lugar "
"My wife and I have stayed at this property before in another unit that was very similar. However, this particular unit was in better condition. The best part of the trip was the care we received, not from the front desk but from the security guard, Javier. He was incredibly helpful with so many different things. When arrived he helped us with getting our luggage up to the room. This wasn't available last time. He also helped us get the groceries we bought to the room. He always checked in on us...
