"The newly constructed Pyramid Tower offers comfortable accommodations with private beds, clean bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the Cathedral. In addition to complimentary bottled water in the room, the lobby provides free bottled cold water, hot coffee or tea, cookies, fruits, and chips. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly Veronica and Sarah who provided invaluable assistance with our inquiries and needs. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic district, offering a wide range of dining and shopping options. Uber is available at reasonable prices, and the hotel also provides affordable car service. The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is within a short 10-minute drive. This hotel is highly recommended, and we intend to return during our next visit to Mexico City."
