"Brilliant location, right by the tram and a large shopping centre and food court. Short walks to most areas. Staff were super friendly upon arrival and looked after our bags until check in. They were helpful giving us advice on where to go. They also helped us package up a box of items to send back home. We had an issue with the tv but again, the staff member came to help us out which was appreciated. The room was on the 3rd floor but had everything we needed and the view was an absolute bonus! I would recommend a stay here. "

"The location in Edinburgh is excellent. The hotel is close to stations, theatre and St. James Quarter for shopping. Directly on the other side of the Square are various restaurants. We paid for an upgrade to a Club Room and were fortunate to be given a Suite. We had a nice bathroom with shower and a slipper bath in the main bedroom. Bed was very comfortable and despite being at the front of the hotel we slept well with no noise. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was ok cleanliness wise but housekeeping replenishment of some supplies was poor. Other minor maintenance issues and very poorly performing hairdryer but otherwise was a really good stay."
