"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "Absolutely super guest house. It felt very homely with our room being spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also super and hosts very friendly. We will definitely visit again."

"The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. "

"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"This is our third stay at this apartment. Easy access to the beach and super pet friendly. Parking on site for one car per apartment suitable for a large car. Everything you’d need for self catering with a small supermarket quite close by. Check out at 9:30am was quite early."
