"The hotel is hands-free if you book online. I didn't talk to staff or eat in the hotel restaurants. I can't speak to the staff or food in the hotel. The room had a bed, desk, TV, and a washroom. A good size for a solo traveller. The room had a smell and not pleasant. It could have been because the room was on the bottom floor. The gym and sauna were a bonus."

It felt like a really bad joke, especially when the reception staff told me that "anyway it's a paying service and it's not free", really professional. I checked and I was really hard to find (seems totally free on all the front pages of booking sites, no mention that's it's not...
"Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us."

"Clean and nice hotel. Had all amenities we needed. Liked the blue light in the shower, old black phone and play recorder. Mini fridge was nice to have it. Very close to cube houses and market hall."
"I booked a superior room and I was placed in a room with a big box in the middle making the room small I could find the fridge and their was not even a bottle of water in the room. Then we had to be evacuated from the hotel without any suggestions on where we should book. I had to walk down 9 floors with my heavy suitcase to find out what’s happening. The staff tried their best but the process was not working
