"I stayed at the Omni for 2 nights, as I was in town for a wedding nearby. The location was great and the light rail was one block away. The front desk staff were very nice and quick in getting me checked in. The room was big and the bed was comfy, however, the water pressure in the shower left things to be desired, as well as not enough lighting in the bathroom and rest of the room. "The room was dirty and the staff weren’t helpful. Breakfast was not included, we were given vouchers due to a misunderstanding with check in and they were supposed to be for both days they maxed us out and the whole family didn’t even get food. There were bugs on property. We had called ahead of time to let them know we’d be late and they said that was fine when we got there the lady at the desk refused to let us che k in because we were late and had us call Expedia who also didn’t do anything....

"2 of the restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday, the Rooftop bar and the sports bar. Was disappointed to discover this during our stay. But the breakfast buffet is very good!"

"The staff was excellent. Breakfast and dinner (and 2 drinks) provided were a huge bonus, but certain times were quite crowded. Pool was great for kids but crowded in evenings."
