"Hotel was nice with plenty of amenities, but not really within walking distance to any shops or restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute cab ride to old down town Chania. If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. We ate the buffet dinner here once and it was mediocre. The food just didn’t taste like some of the other...

"Amazing family owned design hotel, with a very helpful staff. They know everything about the Island, and are very happy to answer your questions. It’s a 10 min walk from the cowded harbour/old town, parking is easy if you got a rentalcar, like we did. Breakfast was very delicious too. Our best recommendations to this hotel and family. "Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"

"Our stay at Azade was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is excellent. But what rule sets it apart are the staff. Specifically, Xanthos, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make our trip outstanding. His recommendations were great and he makes personalized recommendations that fit our needs. Oh and the breakfast, great start to our day! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!!!"

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."
