I would like to sincerely thank Nawaf Alyemeni who made sure my accommodations at this hotel was first class. The entire staff from the room service to the employees at the Zaffron restaurant were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to perform umrah or haji. "Perfect hotel for Umrah, the location is unbeatable, and the lifts are fast, which makes everything so convenient. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They provided me with gluten-free bread and cakes every morning, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They even surprised me with a gluten-free cake sent to my room! It’s the little things like this that truly make a difference. All be back 🙃"
