"This hotel has excellent staff who respond to your needs and requirements. From greeting at car arrivals, to reception, housekeeping, dining. The house keeping on our floor were really polite and cleaned room. Prayer room staff were at your service providing chairs and prayer mats and refreshments for long salahs. We went during last 10 nights of ramadan. Excellent location with access to a supermarket LuLu and food court in the shopping areas. Iftar food was excellent - seafood, world wide cuisines. They happily arranged to change breakfast to dinner when we were going to leave before breakfast at a small additional charge which was worth it for us. Overall a great experience and loved the hotel. "

"In my personal view the only good thing about this hotel is the location, this hotel is clearly dated and has not been fully upgraded over time. check-in could have been better, as I have now found out the hotel has charged me twice and currently having to dispute to get a refund. the hotel washrooms are not well maintained and during my stay the main ones in the lobby were out of action. it is a challenge to get in and out the hotel to Al Haram due to the numbers of people in the shopping centre also using the hotel. in my view the quality of the hotel, the service and stay was a 3 star experience to me, I did not feel anything special or staff going above and beyond to provided satisfaction to its guests."
