"The hotel nailed it this ramadhan. Whoever suggested to start sahoor at 11pm was a genius move. It created a lot of ease and I would definitely definitely stay here again. Also to mention Shahad at the reception. She was the exact opposite of a grumpy manager I initially met. Very welcoming and bright, she is a symbol of what the hotel stands for. The room was comforting and I can't complain about my experience. More than expected. "

"Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and all the amenities you need to be comfortable. All around the staff was excellent. Would highly recommend it. Easy walk (I’m a runner) to the Haram and away from the large crowds. "

"Amazing staff and great atmosphere next to masjid Alharam. Special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman at reception who welcomed us and helped us with everything. Lunch (Iftar) was wonderful with so many selections of different food to chose from. Room service is great as well. Walking distance to Masjid Alharam and next to Alsafwa shopping mall."

"The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel."
