"This is a gem. The staff were caring, welcoming and accommodating. The property is at a perfect location with many eating and shopping options. The bus stop was feet away and access to the metro a couple blocks away. Breakfast was great; it had a great selection of food. Negative: I tried modifying my reservation a couple weeks prior my stay, after noticing a mistake made at the time of booking. However, I was unable to reach anyone at tye hotel, over the phone. Later, I was told by the site I booked my stay, that the hotel denied the request. I will definitely go back to this hotel!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The building contains plenty of amenities, including a park-like courtyard that made our dog walks a breeze. (There is a pet deposit on top of the general deposit, but both were refunded without a problem.) We appreciated the location, which is a section of Lincoln Park we weren't familiar with but has a great selection of stores and restaurants within a short walk from the front door. Free street parking is available around the apartment, but the spots were hard to come by, so the parking garage adjacent to the building came in handy. All in all, we were very happy with the whole experience."
