"I don’t recommend this hotel at all nothing was clean and felt a little unsafe there. The bed bugs kept me up all night and woke up with with bites all over my feet. The smell was terrible smelt like weed and cigarettes. The bathroom in the lobby didn’t even have a door and the service was terrible don’t even waste your time looking up this hotel needs to be knocked down"

"Place was clean and the registration took us to see the room as we did not get a king size bed that we ordered. It had a high toilet and a step-in shower, but I wasn't going to use the shower any way. For being a handicap room it did not have any grab bars."

"Have stayed here a couple of times. Easy on and off the highway. Did hear a train during the night but it was faint. 3 restaurants walking distance. (No sidewalks) we enjoyed the Pastimes Bar and grill. Good pub style food and screens all the way around the room. Only negative for the hotel is the smell of the cleaning solution which tends to linger. Good bang for the buck."

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The hotel did not provide the room style we originally booked. Although we had reserved and prepaid for a room that accommodated six guests, when part of our group checked in on Friday, they were split into two separate rooms. When the remainder of our party arrived on Saturday, they were turned away entirely due to a lack of availability, despite our prepaid reservation. While Hotels.com did process a refund, the situation caused significant inconvenience, as we had to scramble to find alternate accommodations at the last minute. This was extremely disappointing. Additionally, after checking out of the Friday rooms and returning briefly following our event, one member of our party realized he had left a Yeti cup in the room. The front desk attendant provided a key to re-enter the room, but the item was no longer there. When he returned to the desk, staff advised that nothing had been turned in and stated there was nothing further they could do. Unfortunately, it appears the item was taken during cleaning. Due to the multiple issues encountered—particularly the booking mishandling and lack of accountability—we will not be returning."
