"Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t."

"It was clean, well equipped in the kitchen and had a great view. We would definitely recommend it to everyone. I do not like the add ons such as towels and bedding. It should all be included. Also when you pay for towels it should include kitchen towels. Other than that we had a great time. "

Not only did someone show promptly, but he was so kind, efficient, and explained everything he was doing and next steps as needed. His name is Andy and he is a gem.Our experience with the company was so fluid and made our stay really great.We would return. "

"House was great and just as described in the listing. Very clean. We had a slight issue with check in (not the owners' fault) and they responded immediately to our request for help. Short walk down a path and over a dune to the beach. We had a great week! "
