"Great location on a canal very close to St. Mark’s Square and ferry stops, but no hotel sign due to historical property legislation so hard to find with only a doormat inside with hotel name and since it is a very small hotel with 14 rooms, employees in the area can’t give directions. "The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water.
