"Our room and breakfast were pretty nice. The hotel is a bit out of the way for restaurants (other than the pizza place next door), but only 5 minutes from Baraboo by car. I loved that half of the Jacuzzi was outside. the check-in-day receptionist was polite but did the bare minimum -- offered no information at all on breakfast, wifi, and where the amenities are located. While the hotel is only 3 years old, the water fountains did not work, the lock on the swimming pool door usually did not...
"Very clean property. We were able to check-in early with no problem or added charges. Very safe property. The kids loved the indoor pool as it was raining and outside air quality was hazardous due to those Canadians. Would stay again. Great value as well."
"The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts."
