"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "Convenient clean and helpful and friendly staff from the shuttle bus drivers to the clerks. I had to over night here. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant options weren't exciting,....but the hours were good and convenient. The only issue I had was the pick up from The airport. Hilton's shuttle was not a long wait. However, The process at Jersey Airport SUCKS!!!! After retrieving luggage, You have to take shuttle from the airport terminal to the airtrain station, then go to P3. Then you wait for the hotel shuttle. Try this with 2 pieces of luggage and a carry on as a wheelchair passenger!!!!!!!!!!! It was confusing and inconvenient. Its not the hotel's fault, but the process was terribly frustrating. Perhaps Hilton can offer terminal pick up option (at a fee if necessary)for physically challenged customers. Otherwise the Hotel is a win."

"Stayed one Saturday night in June 2026 after a show at White Eagle Hall. The venue is a 20-minute walk away, through a pleasant residential area; recommend the nearby Barge Inn for a homey Italian meal. Room was simply but tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Strong air conditioning and good shower. Very basic breakfast but much appreciated. Perfectly quiet, which you mightn't expect two blocks from the Holland Tunnel. Free parking an enormous perk in this heavily trafficked area. Pleasant staff. Would happily return."
