"Leaving the parking garage was a challenge. I did not see any "EXIT" signage to point the way. I had to ask a group of people if they knew where it was. They directed me in the right direction. Getting the gate to open was not easy. After reading the instructions, I still had to ask someone leaving the garage how to pay for parking to enable the gate to lift. Otherwise, the room was clean and large. The bathroom clean and large. I would stay there again."

"This resort is amazing. Everything was so clean, modern, and colorful. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Albuquerque. The only downside was shower. It was like a trickle of water, no strong pressure."

"The staff went out of their way to make you welcome. We were there during the balloon fiesta so left in the morning before they put out breakfast but you could still get the cinnamon rolls, coffee, bagels and juice. They left the breakfast open till 10 am so we were able to get breakfast after the balloon festival. They had cookies and nachos in the afternoon. The only complaints which are minor is the TV was on CNN when we walked in the room for the first time and I know its a standard but I am used to tall toilets and theirs were the short ones."

"The room was clean and the staff were great, but they might have washed the carpets in the hall recently, because that smell was awful when we first got there. I should have paid attention to the bed size. It was a full size. But it was the lack in basics that had me scrambling. There was no hair dryer or iron. Travelers need those. There were no dressers to put your clothes in either, but there was a little closet area. It’s the little things that make a stay comfortable."
