The Grand Hotel Birmingham
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great property to stay in. Good room size and bathroom. Very clean helpful staff and great location. I would highly recommend staying here. "
"The room was clean and comfortable. I stopped one night with my daughter and we both slept well. We didn't take up the food option on this stay, but there was options to have food delivered in from specials offers showing around the lobby. "
"The parking situation was confusing on some sites it states that disabled parking is free (which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel) and when we got to the hotel they then told me that we had to pay for parking. Luckily the staff did not charge us at their discretion. The breakfast options were not as varied as advertised (only choice of eggs was scrambled and highly peppered, no mushrooms, fried tomatoes etc)but what was offered was well cooked. The rooms were very clean but could do with a small fridge for medication or items purchased that need to be kept cool. But the staff are really friendly and seem to be happy and treat patrons very well. "
