"Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly, several checked with us to be sure everything was ok. Nice evening reception for guests and breakfast was good. We will definitely be back."

"Pros: easy parking and clean comfortable bed. Con: the worst customer service I have ever received. There was a snafu with the Expedia reservation not showing up on their computer so even though I had them on the phone with Expedia and showed my receipt and messages from the property they refused to allow me to check in without making a second reservation and paying again for my prepaid reservation. There was Zero help from the desk clerk or the manager the next day. Expedia was able to help me get a refund. We did get some much needed sleep. But they do not have room darkening Shades so you wake up with the sun. Also there was a mildewy smell coming out of the air conditioner."

"Hotel Review Pros:The exterior of the building was clean and well maintained, giving a good first impression. Cons: Unfortunately, the inside did not match the outside. The hallways appeared outdated and unclean, with carpet that was warped and coming up in several areas. In Room 327, the bathroom was in poor condition and clearly needed repairs. There were urine stains behind the toilet, and the flush handle was loose and hanging off. The safety grab bar in the bathtub was also coming away from the wall, which felt unsafe. Although the room was labeled non-smoking, there were signs that suggested otherwise. The fire alarm was discolored, and there was a strong scent from an AirWick plug-in, likely used to mask odors. Additionally, a tissue had been stuffed into the door peephole by a previous guest, which was unsettling. The bathroom also had an empty tissue box upon arrival. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The warming trays were set too high, causing the eggs to become hard and stick to the tray, and the meat was similarly overcooked and dried out. Before we even arrived, the surrounding area raised concerns about safety. While turning onto the main road leading to the hotel, we were cut off by a man on a bike who was yelling and weaving through traffic. Shortly after, we stopped at a nearby Chick-fil-A and were met with a strong smell of marijuana coming from a nearby car. Upon arriving at the hotel, we heard sirens and what sounded like guns "

"The hair dryer in the room didn’t work. I went down to the desk twice to ask for a different one, but no one was there either time. The box of Kleenex only had 1 tissue in it. The breakfast was probably the sparsest I’ve seen at a hotel offering breakfast. The location was good and the beds were fine. The hotel was apparently recently renovated, but that appears limited to new paint and flooring. The bathtub needs to be recaulked and the toilet tank was loose. The worst Country Inn we have ever stayed at."

"Hotel carpet and furniture was filthy dirty with stains. Curtains were ragged and dirty. Front desk help was not very friendly. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"
