"Beautiful place"

"The 3 bedroom unit was quite clean and spacious. Some of the appliances are a bit dated but that didn't affect our stay. My only criticism was the bathroom - it was far too small - no room for getting dried and dressed because the toilet takes up that space. In a family unit, I think the toilet should be seperate to the shower for convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area were clean and well maintained - my daughter loved the heated pool! Also, it was budget friendly. Could not complain about the price. Location is awesome - close to all attractions, shops, pubs, food places and everything else we needed. Overall, we were happy to stay there and if we get the chance to travel back to Tassie, we wouldn't hesitate to book in again."

"Very Central Location. Clean. Old and dated. Was allocated a basement room below street level in front of the hotel so noise from the street (cars/people walking by). On the first night was disturbed around midnight by noisy guests having loud conversations which continued for more than an hour. May not have been an issue if we were on the upper floors. "

"Over rates . I believe the website overstated what it was. Rooms were tired. Carpet was stained . No minibar apart from a box of goodies that the receptionist pulled from a store room. Order a bottle of champagne in advance of our arrival. I found it warm in the fridge. No ice bucket , no champagne glasses. Had to call for those. Marketing team should be proud . As a customer I am underwhelmed. It is on me , I got sold to. My bad. "
