"Loved this place! And plenty of parking for the boat. great bar and restaurant. Will defiantly stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Comfy bed, clean linen, nice extras, safe parking. However, was not happy staff at The Cove did not communicate in advance, that the restaurant was closed for renovations, so had to go out for evening meal & breakfast. Hard to wash our plates, cups etc when no plug in handbasin. Surprised no fan in the bathroom."

"This hotel is very tired. Check in was 3pm, yet many of the rooms were not ready until after 4pm. Other customers (Mainly overseas tourists) were given a drink voucher because their room wasn't ready, but we weren't or neither was another Kiwi guest. We eventually asked for one about 1/2 hour later & were given one. The bar area where people were waiting for their rooms wasn't big enough to accommodate everyone. Rooms had been updated but bathrooms were tired. The shower was very small & the lighting over the mirror was very dim, no good for my wife putting on her makeup. The food was excellent & so was the heated swimming pool, although there were no towels in the area, they had all been used & not topped up. Location is good & the views are lovely."
