"We stayed in the Ambassador suite which was perfect for our family of four. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, including the two queen size sofa beds. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our twins have complex additional support needs and staff went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly for them. We used the swimming pool and the disabled changing room was great. Parking was great too. Complimentary water, drinks and snacks in the room too. A great stay. We’ll definitely use this hotel again. "Fantastic hotel the staff are helpful and friendly it is beautifully decorated and comfortable I have stayed there a few times now and the service you receive is consistent I can’t praise the staff enough for their care of the guests. The only very minor issue I had was some dust on the floor of the wardrobe that I accidentally dropped my top onto and it got dusty. The breakfast is absolutely delicious especially the eggs Benedict. There is a plenty of choice and excellent service."
