"This home is beautiful and is in a prime location on Oak Island. The views of the intercostal & ocean are stunning. The owner was very easy to communicate with & very responsive as was the property manager. We had some minor things pop up early on which were quickly resolved by the property manager. Overall, our family enjoyed this beautiful home & we were able to make some wonderful memories here."

"It was a nice place and beautiful location, but it could have been cleaner. The laundry facility was musty and difficult to use(unless you are tall). Wonderful pool toys, but the beach umbrellas and chairs are old and need replaced. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"Beautifully decorated home right on the beach. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the beach and taking in the views. Heather is a wonderful host and has thought of everything from beach chairs and umbrellas to providing nice towels, foil, plastic wrap and plastic ziplocks. The beach was peaceful, full of shells and we even saw some dolphins. It was a lovely few days."

"We stayed here 6 years ago. We knew the rooms were cozy. We returned because of the proximity to the beach. Last time, the island had very few lights and the stars were amazing! I felt like you could reach out and touch the Milky Way. Now there are more houses and lights and so, fewer stars were visible than in my backyard. There is now a fee for parking if you want to bring a vehicle with a cooler or whatever to the beach. The beach is still beautiful, room is cute, but had a weird smell, and walls need repairs. There was no shampoo, and we had to request cups. We didn't have time for the pool, as it was on the news the bridge would close to move a house. I felt like $140 was overpriced. Room had a table with 2 chairs I didn't take a picture of."

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Close walk to the beach, and a nice pool area."
