"The Globe is a great pub/ bed and breakfast. The room we had was large and clean with a en-suite shower room. The breakfast was excellent and you can choose what you like from their cooked breakfast list the night before.The village of Buckfastleigh is very nice and you have the Abbey and moors on your doorstep. "The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "

"Stayed 2 nights in twin room. The room was small ,however it had everything we needed. There was tea/ coffe/ hot chocolate available in the room that was replenished daily. The room was warm as we were top floor, but there was a fan provided which was very welcome. The bathroom was very small, and you may find a struggle if on larger size, however like rest of property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good. "
