"I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta. On my first night, the shower head in my room was broken, which made it difficult to shower. The next day, I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms, and Charen (apologies if I’m spelling the name incorrectly) quickly arranged a new one for me. I had two wonderful nights in that room. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The staff members were consistently courteous and kind. If there is one aspect that truly makes this place...

"Awesome place. Our room had a side balcony that we swore was a Bourbon street balcony. It was that lively. Rooms are nice, the doorman always friendly and smiling, the desk staff were sweet and friendly. Will 100% stay there again and can’t wait. The town itself was clean and fun!!"
