"Lovely upgrade to a Privilege room, plus card and chocolates for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Great location in the centre of town, but not noisy. The building is a grand old lady, so does have some quirks, but overall we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again when visiting Bristol "

"Friendly reception staff. Room was clean and bed had very freshly laundered sheets etc. Shower facilities excellent. We had breakfast before checking out. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and highly effective in carrying out their work. "
