"We have been traveling to Maine for many years and this is absolutely the most beautiful home we have rented. The home had every amenity you could ever need including beach toys, chairs, linens, towels, beach towels...virtually everything. The layout was exactly what we needed with four families every family had its own bathroom and beautiful bedroom with outdoor space facing the ocean. The patio, deck, and balconies are unbeatable and we spent most evenings out on the deck by the propane fire pit. This home provides so much wonderful space for the entire family to gather and an amazing game room both kids and adults enjoyed. This home is part of a very small, private, quiet neighborhood. A short walk out the front and you are on a beautiful beach where you can walk for miles. Melodee and Richard were extremely accommodating and were there to greet our group upon arrival and were very accessible throughout the week. This magnificent beach house is unbeatable and provided so many wonderful family memories for us."
"4 stars as basic bedding and towels were not including at this stay and unfortunately was not expressed prior to arrival but the home was a cute older style home with basic amenities including a bbq grill and beautiful covered porch and deck to enjoy meals! We spent most of the time at the ocean that was a nice short 5 minute walk! Laundry mat located 13 minutes away in town. Would recommend this stay and will come back!"
"Incredible location. Easy access to the beach and views that are incomparable. The property needs work. There is no usable outdoor shower, as it is wide open to the parking area which she rents out to beachgoers. Spent the week explaining the parking process to people wandering the property to pay at the self serve station, who also used our “outdoor shower” to get sand off from the beach. People would actually pull in and honk for service. Tons of potential. The rental is on the 2nd floor and has a really beachy cottage feel. It’s a special space, and wonderful for the views and location, but the property needs some love."
"Our Family had a wonderful time here. The house is in immaculate condition and just steps from an amazing beach with a lifeguard. Very accessible to walking and running paths. The house has plenty of privacy. I had 2 children with their spouses and children and the space worked great. Kim and Dave were excellent and responsive hosts."
