"Good spacious rooms. Huge building site all around hotel. Incredible well located at main station. Lack of air con means windows need to be opened so you pick up a lot of noise."

Good location for exploring with public transport links like the metro and bus station nearby. The hotel was also very helpful with an issue I had meaning that the dates of my stay had to change. "Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Hotel check in took a while as there was a lot of forms to fill out for each person forbthe police. Breakfast was amazing. The lifts to the first floor always took forever and the stairs are locked so couldn't be accessed going up. Our bathroom was the disabled one and the water didnt flow to the drain but everywhere!"
