"Staff booked us in a room already occupied, took forever to get thst figured out at the front desk. Room was half cleaned with TV and bathroom light still on. Housekeeping came knocking at the door at 8:15am when check out isn't until 11am"

"The furniture was all scratched, couched had what looked like puke on it, the back of the bathroom door was filthy, no ice machine in the room or on site, was not aware that this is also a short/long-term living facility not just a hotel. There was no secure internet available. Kids running screaming. Was not acceptable."

The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress. "
