"The sleeping experience (cool air, bed, pillows, and mattress) were great, although from 7-11p we were subjected to obnoxious cackling, yelling, and loud talking on the rooftop bar. The shutters don’t seal so the noise was so loud, it was no different than being inside the bar. Staff was quite gruff and not friendly. We were waiting in the lobby (a tiny space, of 120 sq feet), the only common space with AC, for our room to be ready, sitting there for a couple hours before, during and after the shift change, literally 4 feet from the innkeeper. When I stood up to greet him, “buenos trades,” he ignored me for about ten seconds, not even looking up from his phone. “How long does it usually take an uber to arrive to the hotel?” He acted seemed confused that I would speak to him.” Are you staying here?” He didn’t acknowledge that we were the only people in the closet-sized lobby with him for the last hour. This is not the place to book if you seek to retire early to a quiet room. People here like to drink, yell, chant, and scream. If they didn’t have a bar, and the staff had a little more training in hospitality, this would be a five."

"Rooms and rooftop areas need a deep cleaning. Cigarette butts and a non working drink vending machine on the rooftop. Pool was closed, we weren’t informed. 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for 2 guests, the rooms weren’t even decorated as seen in the online pictures. . No tissues, paper towels in the room or bathrooms in the building. Overall not what we saw in pictures at all! Bathroom amenities were lacking. Several hair conditioners, no body lotion. Sadly didn’t take any pictures. "
