"Wish that the kitchens were open longer as it can be hard to find food after a show at night. The site was clean and staff was very friendly. The premium room offered complementary mini bar which was greatly appreciated. The room was very nice overall with just a few condition issues (I.e. chipped paint/furniture, etc) which is to be expected in my opinion. Great location as well within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions. "

"I had amazing 2 night stay here as a young solo/female traveller! I felt super safe and the hotel is in a great central location in the city — easy access to transit and in walking distance of so many sightseeing spots/museums. Check in and check out both took less than a minute, and they even let me stow my backpack there for the day since checkout was at 11am and my flight didn't leave until the evening; made it so much easier to explore London and visit museums that charge for bag checks! Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, I'd definitely stay here again."
