"The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Other than the fact that it takes some maneuver to get to your nest if it is on the upper deck, everything else is amazing."

"It was fine for one night. Check in is automated. It’s clean and accommodated 3 people well. Don’t expect water glasses or other amenities. Also, charges for baggage storage and late check out are extremely expensive"

"It was a beautiful building and very lovely bar and restaurant, and the area where you could sit had lovely couches, the food was really good, the decor was cool, the staff were great, I loved this hotel, and I would stay again, 2 minutes from station and a 15 minute walk to Harrods."

"Nice upscale hotel. While we didn’t have occasion to use the well-equipped kitchenette beyond the tea kettle, microwave and refrigerator, we appreciated the ability to do more, The bed was comfortable, the bathroom shower very good, enough wardrobe space. Good location. We opted to pay for the hot and cold buffet breakfast, which had everything you could want, and was a real convenience for tourists like us who wanted to get out and sightsee. Very nice lobby area. We were only there for two nights, but noted they had a fitness center, which would been a plus for a longer stay. I would recommend."
