"2 of our 3 rooms had issues. One room had a filthy air filter, and the other had a leaking ceiling, and the room was musty. Elevators are slow and there are long lines to get on them. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes or so to get on one going down from your floor. The pool was lovely, valet and bellman services were superb."

"My first day at the Hilton The View at First Sight was like wow walking into a lavish Lobby the rooms were very clean well set up with accessories with a great View the staff very helpful friendly and thorough breakfast in the morning at 6:00 anything you can think of what a spread bringing my wife back September for our anniversary thank you Hilton 720 South Michigan Avenue.
