Lower spots there’s a garage you can park in. You walk up the stairs and the master bedroom is on the main floor you walk up a set of stairs, then to the area where you see most of the photos. "Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! "

"Had a wonderful stay at the Northwinds. The rooms and bathrooms were very well maintained with a clean, modern touch that made the stay really comfortable. One of the best parts was stepping outside to the beautiful mountain backdrop — such an amazing view to wake up to. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"
