"A few months ago when I stayed here- I wrote a raving review. This time It was different sadly. Staff not as accommodating. Room not as nice. Location to theaters is great."

"I was surprised by POD - the room was spacious by NYC standards! I was super comfy and happy in my full room. It was seriously just as big as other fancier hotels! Also, front desk folks were lovely. This was a great hotel. Easy to walk to a bunch of different subway stations and attractions. Would stay there again!"

"Love this hotel. Rooms clean and functional. Easy walking to great restaurants and shops."

"Todo bien"

"Don’t bother"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."
