"The room was very nice and big. I was glad they have windows that actually open to get fresh air. Very quiet and good soundproofing noise from other guests. The food in the lobby restaurant was just ok. Nothing special. I did fall in the shower and got hurt bc of their negligence. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly! Room was dirty and the A/C never got cold… and we had a suite. What is the purpose of having a suite if we couldn’t even be in the suite as it was too hot?"

"Overall, the stay was fine and the location was good with a Starbucks and grocery (old fashioned term) store right down the street. The code used for all the doors was kind of a pain because it was six digits that at certain times you have to use at the front door, on the elevator, and at your room. The rooms, while modern and clean, were lacking in some areas. The night stands were tiny, very little place to put your clothes if you unpack, and one towel bar and small vanity in the bathroom. The street noise with traffic, emergency vehicles, garbage trucks at early morning hours certainly didn't help with undisturbed sleep. It was good enough for our long weekend, but next time, we'll try something else."

"I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay with the family. The location is across Seaport Village, marina, and tour cruises. Gaslamp amd restaurants just blocks away and the bay view each morning was gorgeous! Staff was super friendly and even got to check in early. Beds comfy and rooms had everything you need for family or groups. Gym was small but had the basics. The indoor pool was small and had ton of chlorine and for a heated pool it needed to be warmer especially because California nights are chilly. Breakfast was great and very busy so get there early cuz the last hour had a crazy long line. Happy hour was really nice. It’s valet only so make sure you have change for tipping. Two thumbs up for me!! "
