"When we got there, we ran into a guy who was waiting to check in, said he had been waiting almost an hour already and nobody was there. We ended up waiting ourselves to check in for an other hour at the front office area, no one ever came. We ended up going out to eat and came back, still no one there to check us in so we ended up staying in the car for another hour waiting for someone to show up. Finally a man showed up and was very rude, no apology or explanation so we ended up leaving to stay somewhere else"
