"No staff. Self served. But non issue"

"This was, without question, the worst first impression of any hotel we have experienced in more than 25 years of travelling. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to what appeared to be a completely deserted hotel. There wasn’t a single car in the car park or a single guest anywhere. "Clean and well maintained . Perfect continental Breakfast. Easy access"

"Lovely room, very clean and well presented. The Balcomy was a lovely addition to the room, weather was excellent during our stay so allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. Car park nearby where you can park for 24hrs for around £7. Perfect location to explore fort Augustus. Instructions for entry to room simple no contact with staff as you are sent the entry codes to gain access/key electronically. No issues during stay"
