Convenient location, near lots of food options and shopping plazas. Very pet friendly. They were so welcoming to both my family and our dog. Always gave her treats and lots of love when we brought her down to the lobby.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. I have never stayed at an Econo Lodge before. I have heard they weren't the best hotels, so I have avoided them in the past. We booked this one, because everything else in the area was full. My family was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable this one was! I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area! Yes, you can stay at a motel for half the cost, but the experience is unique and well worth it. Rooms are beautifully staged and breakfast was amazingly delicious. Although, it was very difficult to contact the property before hand. So start calling as early as you can if you need to make any arrangements.

Everyone here has been wonderful, especially the front desk staff. I’m here for work and they’ve even gone so far as to take my service dog out for me.

The front desk in the morning and overnight are amazing they're always there to help even if you need an extra towel at 2:00 a.m. don't forget to enjoy the breakfast it's always fresh and the housekeepers are amazing she went beyond what she needed to do

Stay was as expected. Lots of room to sleep all four of us on two Queens and a sleeper sofa. Its been a couple of years since we have been in a Springhill suites but it appears that they have remodeled the bathrooms and we love the new look, except that the sliding door does not have a lock, which some people will not like.

Fabulous. I booked based on the high review and this place didn’t disappoint. Completely renovated. My room was well appointed. Bathroom brand new. New carpet. Bed was comfortable. My room choice featured a small refrigerator and coffee maker. I parked right outside my room. Area was safe. Newly paved parking lot. Lots of food options in the area.

We just loved this property due to the location from the airport. The hotel itself was just great. From its complimentary breakfast, little game section it had for your children and family entertainment, it's separate computer area, it's indoor pool, laundry room for guest.

Great place to stay!

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. We travel to Buffalo often, family and our daughter is in college there. We have stayed in many hotels in the area but none were as charming, beautifully designed, clean, and had a staff that was available for anything you needed. The lobby is like being in someones beautifully decorated living room. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and a small living room wtth a pull out sofa. We were greeted and helped by very friendly man and woman upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a really good buffet breakfast for a hotel!
