"A fantastic stay and what an experience! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Great friendly welcome and everyone here could not do enough for you. The room was amazing and had the best nights sleep. We had a complimentary soft drink mini bar which was a nice touch. Bathroom was amazing too. We didn't eat here in the evening as had lunch at Rick Steins in Padstow, however, really enjoyed breakfast. Really can't wait to stay here again. THANK YOU Bodmin Jail Hotel, we will be back....

"It was a beautiful place and the view was spectacular. However the first thing I saw when entering the hotel was a large picture of Trump, Melania and the owner of the hotel. I did not go to the hotel to see a picture of a convicted felon and it turned me off immediately."

"The venue is very well maintained, quite pretty with lots of green and the room was clean, tidy and equipped with iron and board, too. Food was fine. I had a nice staying. Staff could do with a bit more of customer service skills, they weren’t the most friendly people, they wouldn’t acknowledge customers walking in and they preferred talking to each other, but they were young and I guess lots to learn still. Other than that, everything was good."
